Pros

I really liked working here. The culture is great. It’s a fun environment with engaging coworkers. Great benefits, awesome outings like Hawks and Cubs games. Work hard but have fun too.

Cons

Too much food. Every time I turned around there was more food.

Pros

they are Flexible, understanding, and care about their employees. It is a fun place to work at and they have event during work hours and outside of work hours. There is a great lunch room lunch room with lots of snacks and drinks. They also give you a free breakfast and lunch once a week.

Cons

The only down side is there is on call but its, only every two to three weeks and you hardly ever get a call.

Pros

Isidore is a hard-working tight knit group of people that makes you feel welcome and part of the family from day 1. They are always encouraging and financing continued education, to make employees more valuable in both personal and professional endeavors. If you work here, you will never go hungry, as breakfast and lunch are provided on multiple days, and the kitchen is always stocked with snacks and beverages. Potluck lunches are encouraged once a month, and everyone is encouraged to bring a dish and participate--and then enjoy co-workers cooking. After work activities are planned often as well, as a reward for hard work and commitment to the company. Pay is fair, and benefits are outstanding. Management is very sympathetic with employees, and works around scheduling conflicts. The company is growing as well, and it is kind of cool to get in on the ground floor of a growing company.

Cons

You are expected to bring your A-game and work hard! If that's not for you, you will not enjoy working here. These expectations are made clear at the outset. Working in the warehouse in the winter or summer can be challenging due to temperature issues.

Thank you for your review! I think we may have just addressed the temperature issue with our landlord.
