-no micromanagement
-fairly nice and helpful co-workers
-hybrid work available (but not fully remote)
Cons
-significantly below industry average salary for technical engineers (very close to the minimum wage for a job that requires a degree)
-internal progression opportunities is a lie
-additional benefits and rewards are useless
-management always too busy to discuss serious matters
-you don't really learn much about engineering
-you will be expected to be able and ready to do every department's job
-no career plan or goals for employees, feels like a dead end job for people with low expectations
-management always out of budget but company openly bragging about record sale volumes and income
