Pros

Give people of color a chance by hiring them into junior positions.

Cons

Raises are only every 2 years and don’t even keep up with inflation. Rarely (never?) promote people of color into management roles.

Pros

Love TLG. The people are what make it so special. There is a clear onboarding process and you are never thrown into something you can’t handle / are expected to know off the bat.

Cons

Can get stressful handling multiple projects at once but that’s at any agency

Pros

Such a collaborative group of highly skilled people! The benefits are awesome and gives you so many opportunities to grow both personally and professionally.

Cons

Going into the office is fine but remote is more widely preferred with IT issues in office.
