Working for TLH you get to actually balance working as a team and as an individual. You are valued both as a member of the staff and as an individual who is bringing their own unique work experience and educational background to the table. I've never worked for a company where the employees respected one another so much. We are never in a position where we wonder if our hard-work is appreciated. Every single person working at The Language House genuinely wants the school to be the very best it can be, and we are always actively working to move the school forward. I could go on and on about why The Language House has been the best employer I've ever had.

You become spoiled, because it would be very hard to find another place of employment that could live up to how great The Language House it.
