Pros

You are in contact with very well established companies and corporations, which can be cool.

Cons

Too many. It is micro-managed, there is absolutely no training done by the husband and wife... they just have ridiculous expectations. It is ironic to have two professional coaches have a hard time being there for their own employees to coach and train and teach. Was scolded often, had too much work for just one person, no assistance and long strenuous hours. The husband would tell you one thing and the wife would tell you another and ultimately it was your fault for not doing the work correctly.

Pros

The Leets Consortium is a small, but mighty team with strong values. I haven't been here long, but I've received the warmest welcome, and already feel appreciated. Being a B Corp, you can really feel the dedication to excellence in all aspects of their business (clients and employees alike). They value work-life balance, which is a breath of fresh air (Summer Fridays, in addition to holidays). Being a Leadership Coaching company, they encourage continuous growth (offering Master Class courses, and attending leadership conferences).

Cons

I haven't encountered a con yet!

Pros

I truly value my time spent at TLC. My role was very well-suited to me and my strengths. I am a very operations and process-minded person so it was great being able to utilize my talents, create new processes and ways to organize internal information, as well as learn about this great industry and improve my skills in different business areas. The pay is fair, as are the opportunities to advance. Another big advantage was being able to work from home. Anne is an exceptional trainer.

Cons

While it has to be extremely challenging and stressful to run a business (as it is understandably their “baby”), sometimes they were quick to come down on you even for small honest mistakes, and it’d be very difficult to bounce back because you’d feel considerably belittled.
