Where do I begin? Management, favoritism, making everyone feel like idiots, the gaslighting, unfair pay, drama, it was like being in high school all over again. They also didn't want to advertise that they were woman owned at the time on socials because a majority of their clients are sexist and racist. When employees raised their voices to say we should be more inclusive, they just told us the ones who pay us the big money wouldn't like to hear that. What a joke. If you get an offer for the love of god please run. They read these and gossip about them too. I hope you do read this and I hope you know you guys made working there miserable, that's why your turnover rate was like a revolving door.
