      Awesome job to work for and well balanced Work/Life style. If you are looking to learn and grow in the mortgage industry, it is the place to be. Family oriented and managers willing to help and teach you the process of mortgage lending. Awesome work environment, Awesome leaders in Tom, Alex and Betsy. They truly care about grooming you into a top Loan Officer, Processor or Underwriter. Not enough space to fill in the Pros of this company.

      Cons

      As of now NO Cons. depending on your pipeline and busy season. BEST CAREER MOVE EVER!!

      Pros

      Midsize company that feels more like a small family. Everybody looks after one another and helps one another. Very team oriantated. Lots of opportunities to cross train and move around.

      Pros

      Great job with an awesome atmosphere. From rookies to seasoned veterans everyone here helps to make sure we are all knowledgeable and trained properly for our position. Great co workers and management that can help run the show daily but can also acknowledge personal achievements outside of these four walls. Feels like a second home because everyone is like family. I have been here for 2 years and enjoy the opportunities I have had and the opportunities that are still in store for me in the future.

      Cons

      It can get hectic sometimes with how busy we can get but in our line of business the busier the better!
