      Pros

      You will learn a lot and management is willing to train! The working relationships here are nice. There is a ton of advancement opportunities.

      Cons

      The managers care TOO much about their employees. They are always being so nice and kind. Like who cares about people this much? Ugh. Also, I smile so much my mouth hurts.

      Awesome job to work for and well balanced Work/Life style. If you are looking to learn and grow in the mortgage industry, it is the place to be. Family oriented and managers willing to help and teach you the process of mortgage lending. Awesome work environment, Awesome leaders in Tom, Alex and Betsy. They truly care about grooming you into a top Loan Officer, Processor or Underwriter. Not enough space to fill in the Pros of this company.

      As of now NO Cons. depending on your pipeline and busy season. BEST CAREER MOVE EVER!!

      I can honestly say I am happy here at The Lending Partners. My leader is passionate about her team and her work. I go to work everyday with a positive mindset and I come home the same way.

      Cons

      I honestly can't come up with a con. I have found my work/home.
