Great Place to Work! - Anonymous employee The NLD Group Employee Review

ve been working with NLD for a few months now and I'm really pleased with the flexibility and energy of my new work environment. Overall, I've learned some new things and I'm gaining new skill sets every day. Also gunning for the next trip to Austin, Texas. Hopefully ill do well enough to get invited to that company event next quarter.

I can only come up with a couple negatives. First is that pace, my last job was not as demanding. Secondly, bonuses are based on the quality job you do with customers, so make sure you spend time with every client or it will reflect in your paycheck.

okay so i refrained from writing any type of review because i didn't want to lie to potential employees by saying this is a great place to work at because that's not true but i really liked nick and the people i worked with so out of respect i didn't want to bash them but i'm annoyed. you would think working your butt off full-time for almost 8 months would allow you to file your taxes but apparently i didn't make enough working at the NLD group to file and get any type of return. they do not reimburse you for all that gas you use for this job and they always tell you "you can write it off on your taxes" um well apparently not. you make so little at the job that i wasnt able to get that return that you people promised me. this job is a scam!! they act like your friends and that they're there for your best interest but it's not true. i spent HALF of my paycheck for gas. thank you nick for giving me territories that were 45-hour drive away from the office. i spent more money than i made here. thanks for making my very first job out of college a negative experience and it doesn't even look impressive on a resume.
