Pros

Fun environment! Great co-workers! Positive and upbeat environment. Learned a lot about the business while working here.

Cons

High turnover rate with sales team, but I think that is just the nature of the environment. Very diverse group of individuals that sometime did work.

Pros

There are no pros what so ever like none 0 zip maybe that you'll get the job regardless if you go in dressed nice and smiling they'll like you

Cons

Ok where do I start firstly the person doing the interviews wasn't straight forward with me and didn't tell me this was basically a DOOR TO DOOR sales job SOLICITING at its finest. Everyone's very nice but con artist typically are friendly how else will they get into you pockets. So I went in for the interview it lasted maybe 10 minutes if even that ! Then I got a call back as soon as I stepped foot in my home saying I had a 2nd interview. They are very persuasive and will use the tactics they use on their customers on you as well don't be mistaken ! My second interview was a shadowing position I thought I'd be in the office all day watching the rep make calls and take meetings instead I rode around in the reps car and 90 degree weather stopping at businesses saying I was I don't think they said nld honestly it sounded like NSE to me so who knows they tried to get businesses to sign up saying they would get a great business deal with a portion off their business cell phones they tried to get people to fill out a paper that requested their social security number and of course if you decide to buy they'll get your bank numbers as well I don't trust the company and I was pissed off the whole time I was out it was so awkward when they spoke to the mangers of these businesses they would beat around the bush make a corny joke before finally offering them t-mobile at a discount price I don't recommend this company to anyone they told some lie like oh we have made 14 million for t-mobile yea sure you did that's why your renting out a small office space DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

Thank you for taking the time to review our company. Although we appreciate your feedback, after reading it there are many statements that are false and need to be clarified. As a consulting firm looking to hire people for a sales and marketing role, it would be incredibly difficult for us not to mention that we do indeed, do sales, business to business sales in fact. Since we have a three step interview process the first round is relatively brief, just to get to know the candidate and see if they would have the people skills to be able to interact with customers in addition to being apart of our amazing team. The second round interview is a full day shadow, as we do mention that during the first round interview. The point of the second round interview is to show our job applicants what a day in the entry level role would look like. From reading your review it looks like you shadowed one of our top account managers who represents T-Mobile. T-Mobile is one our largest clients that we represent as an organization. And through them we ARE able to provide business owners special discounts for their cell phone plans. Just like starting service with any telecom company a social security number is required to prove the customers identity. We're sorry that you had a negative experience interviewing with our company, however from this review, it sounds like it was a better fit for both parties not to continue with your interview process. Best of luck in the future!
