Pros
As in any restaurant industry, there was a discount on food. Literally the only pro there is.
Cons
Where to I begin? Within 48 hours of working for the company, I was sexually harassed, threatened, yelled at, treated like a slave, and then told I wasn’t a fit for the company. I had no formal training but spend 5 days as a shadow with some 23 year olds. It was an easy decision to leave and I look back at my experience with the One Group as the worst year of my life.
