      Pros

      Office environment vs FOH in a restaurant A good first administrative job for those trying to transition out of the restaurant

      Cons

      -Repetitive tasks that dull a creative mind -A disconnect exists between call center and on site management making communication difficult -A serious lack in motivation from staff as well as leadership

      Pros

      As in any restaurant industry, there was a discount on food. Literally the only pro there is.

      Cons

      Where to I begin? Within 48 hours of working for the company, I was sexually harassed, threatened, yelled at, treated like a slave, and then told I wasn’t a fit for the company. I had no formal training but spend 5 days as a shadow with some 23 year olds. It was an easy decision to leave and I look back at my experience with the One Group as the worst year of my life.

      Pros

      There is nothing that is positive about The One Group (STK).

      Cons

      There is no proper training, the hours are extremely long, there is "NO QUALITY OF LIFE", they have 100% management turnover. The longest tenure for a manager at any level is about 1 year. No room for growth and management is continually under staffed which equates to ridiculous hours (75-80hrs minimum weekly).
