      One of the best work environments I've ever been a part of, great coworkers, and questions are always encouraged.

      Cons

      The work is client dependent, so you don't always get to work on what you want to.

      Pros

      Really great people who put your life before the job. Really take care of you like family. Smart, fun to work with, zero micromanagement, empowering, required me to be truly full stack and do a lot of different things, and gave you all the tools you needed to do them. Won't find a better work/life balance, great benefits, stable. Fully remote long before covid.

      Cons

      Only con is lower salary than a lot of places, but I'm betting they will catch up now that covid has driven salaries up.
