Pros
Really great people who put your life before the job. Really take care of you like family. Smart, fun to work with, zero micromanagement, empowering, required me to be truly full stack and do a lot of different things, and gave you all the tools you needed to do them. Won't find a better work/life balance, great benefits, stable. Fully remote long before covid.
Cons
Only con is lower salary than a lot of places, but I'm betting they will catch up now that covid has driven salaries up.
