Coming out of Covid a lot of companies like this are struggling. This company is not different. The value and appreciation they show there staff is fantastic and encourages you to come back.

Needs a lot of staff so its easy to burn out.

Group homes are kept clean. Members are pretty well taken care of. Lots of opportunity for overtime. Almost always hiring Decent insurance.

Micromanaging supervisors, who bend the rules whenever they see fit. The type who never see anything good, but always find something wrong. There is a major lack of communication, and management treats their employees as if they're incompetent. Plus "Article 9" gets manipulated in whatever way they want, whenever they want. If you try and go to Phoenix, they refuse to believe us because they think they know our managers down here "so well" and they don't have a clue. Until they overhaul the upper management down here, I wouldn't recommend the job to anyone. You'll burn out and lose your spirit.
