Pros
Best "company" I've ever been a part of. Operates under a team mentality much more than as a business. The core philosophy is that "success flows from culture" so everything is built around hiring the best and then letting their talents blossom.
Cons
Ever-evolving industry means that you constantly have to adapt. If being flexible and positive isn't your style, it's not a good fit.
