Pros
The Outloud Group is very protective of the great culture they have built. This often means that the interview process is more rigorous to ensure that someone is the right fit for the team. To some interviewees, this may come across as a particularly challenging interview process, and to be honest, it is, but it's because they want to hire the right people. A difficult interview process doesn't mean the team is difficult to work with. If anything it's the opposite. I have found our team to be really warm, helpful, and not micro-managing at all. The leadership puts a lot of work into hiring the right people and then trusting them to make the best choices for their work.
Cons
This is a rapidly growing field the company is growing quickly as a result. There will be some ambiguity from time to time, but if you're willing to work to seek out answers, you'll be fine.
