Pros

Structured training course, corporate backing without all the corporate regulations. Slight freedom with weekly specials to play with recipes.

Cons

The tear between all of the upper management people, the inconsistency in communicating to each other and hourly employees. The owners way they spoke to the management team was demeaning and belittling. No care for family values or personal/ mental health when there is an issue.

None really, except for what comes working at a restaurant and that’s being cut early but it’s truly a great place to work at

Pros

Love interacting with the customers I think our new managers are very kind when people know what they're doing the team can be incredible fast paced easy cutwork flexible hours

Cons

Lack of communication and professionalism stressful work environment Management goes back and forth on me without talking to each other nobody is fully trained in front of house only two bussers and only one ever scheduled to clean over 70 tables not the greatest work culture
