Pros

Request off dates are easy to get! Great coworkers and overall very fun environment. I’ve done carry outs and waited tables and made great money. There’s also a lot of room for growth which can be hard to find at a restaurant!

Cons

Can be a little slow sometimes.

Pros

Structured training course, corporate backing without all the corporate regulations. Slight freedom with weekly specials to play with recipes.

Cons

The tear between all of the upper management people, the inconsistency in communicating to each other and hourly employees. The owners way they spoke to the management team was demeaning and belittling. No care for family values or personal/ mental health when there is an issue.

Pros

Fair employeers, flexiable schedules, and they provide their employees with the option to work at several differant locations as their needs change with in their personal lives. Their is the ability for everyone to move up to higher levels of responiblitys if they choose too. They take great pride in their fund raising though out the year and provide many oppertunities for their employees to help with many great causes thoughout the year.

Cons

Being part of the resturant industry leads to working most weekends, and occasically schedules are changed on short notice as unforseen events take place. Also they tend to not communicate with employees about major changes that occur as quickly as would be liked by employees.
