Pros
50% employee discounts on pizzas are the only great thing. I never got tired of the pizzas. They're good. And it's easy to sell something you know is good. You also learn how to work quickly on your feed, and work smart and efficiently. You learn a lot on your own and there's room for growth because it's a fast paced environment. Making pizzas is not hard. It's fun.
Cons
At least at my particular location, it seems the manager played favorites because there were people who were on the schedule every day and then there were people like me who barely got hours and got sent home all the time, never given the chance to show my skill. It's too stressful for what you're getting... I live on my own and can barely afford to do anything. After groceries I'm broke.
They say hours are based on performance, but when I do well no one notices. Just before I quit I got scheduled for 3 hours that week, and 0 the next. Be careful. Your hours will be unsteady.
