Pros

The work environment here is incredibly dynamic and always evolving, keeping everyone engaged with the frequent turnover of clients. If you thrive on in-office structure, this place offers constant accountability with frequent dress code check-ins to ensure everyone maintains a highly professional appearance. The leadership team is incredibly hands-on, providing detailed oversight and guidance, which ensures no aspect of your work goes unnoticed. Long hours are a testament to the dedication and hard work encouraged here. The competitive atmosphere really pushes everyone to their limits and beyond. Employee turnover is high, which means there's always a fresh perspective coming in. Management loves to have in-depth, private discussions that show their investment in individual performance. Plus, since most of the clients are nursing homes, you'll be well-prepared for retirement or death.

Cons

There's a constant turnover of employees, creating instability. The leadership's competitive nature can be overwhelming and stressful. Structured processes, while aimed at increasing accountability, can make the review process feel time-consuming and undermining. Management often holds closed-door meetings, leading to a sense of exclusion among the team. The clients can be extremely demanding, contributing to a high-pressure environment. Additionally, the leadership can be divisive, leading to a lot of internal conflict.

Pros

The leadership team instills a sense of truly wanting their clients to succeed rather than just trying to sell them a service. Proactive approach to marketing that delivers measurable results.

Cons

Not sure there are cons as much as there are pros. Ive worked at big and small agencies, client side, and in house marketing side, Point provides a learning environment where we can grow as marketers.
