Jeans Friday? Met some very nice hardworking people. If they like you, you can call in sick all the time and never get docked for it.
Cons
No matching 401k, benefits getting worse over time. Senior management is a joke. A lot of favoritism, A LOT. Need to do a clean sweep of a few inadequate employees, maybe someone younger to head the company and get the business on an upward trend.
