Pros

Overtime opportunities at busy GC sites. Connect with a lot of professionals. If you’re a good worker. The GC you are working for might offer you a job.

Cons

When work is slow you might only work 1-2 days for the week. Sometimes you won’t for 1-2 weeks.

Pros

There is always an opportunity to learn something new and grow within the company. Great leadership and hard working teams. PTO, retirement, and health plans offered.

Cons

No work from home opportunities.

Pros

Not. A. Single. Damn. Thing.

Cons

If you’ve ever wondered what it feels like to work in the abyss of Hell itself, look no further than employment with The Premier Group. If you enjoy being treated like an elementary school child who is hourly rather than salary, look no further than The Premier Group. If you want every waking second of your day at work to be micromanaged and critiqued to its fullest extent, look no further than The Premier Group. If you want to be penalized for taking time off for any reason at all and be questioned about your personal life and motives when doing so, look no further than The Premier Group. If you want to work in an insanely toxic work environment similar to movie Mean Girls while it’s all just secretly masked over as a bunch of “professionals” virtue signaling themselves because they’re the managers, then look no no further than The Premier Group. This is not an ironic review. I legitimately experienced everything outlined in this review. If you’re even considering employment here RUN the other direction
