This firm has often been among the largest in Atlanta, but has chosen to downsize these past few years in pursuit of the highest design, the best commissions and top notch documents. Principals, including the boss, are very hands on and in the studio working with younger staff. It seems to be paying off, since staff seems very happy and the quality of recent projects has been outstanding, including working alongside one of the top ten design firms in the world. They are very cutting edge with technology and doing some really cool things with virtual reality. They are also about to move into a new and trendy office space, which has brought an additional level of excitement to the firm. Great career opportunities. Salaries are also the best in town from my experience.

Not many, They are serious about their design and the boss has high standards, so you need to be serious about the profession. Hard work is not for everyone, but it is well rewarded at this firm. They work in the private sector and projects are deadline driven, but that comes with the territory and I've found that at all my previous firms.
