Pros
I have worked with The Profs as an economics and maths tutor since the summer of 2014. The Profs is run by interesting, kind hearted, good people. It has been a pleasure to work with them for the past two years. They are very supportive and have a wealth of tutoring experience themselves so they understand the needs of tutors. I couldn't recommend them more highly!
Cons
There really aren't many that wouldn't just be nitpicking. The downside of any career as a tutor is that you have to be very active to make sure you have a full quota of clients. The profs make that as easy as possible, but the burden is ultimately on the tutor.
