Pros
The company truly felt like a family, creating a warm and supportive work environment. The job was fully remote with very flexible hours, making it easy to maintain a healthy work-life balance. The pay was competitive, and the workload was always manageable—challenging enough to stay engaged, but never overwhelming. Training was comprehensive and ongoing. My team was close-knit and collaborative, and our manager was like a mom and a leader, always caring deeply about our wellbeing and growth. There were frequent opportunities for personal and professional development, and leadership consistently sought and valued employee feedback.
Cons
I’m only leaving this job because I’ve been offered an opportunity to move abroad. The only real downside is that I can’t take this amazing role with me internationally.
