Pros

I’ll always be grateful for my time at The Pun Group. It was here that I had the opportunity to work on larger NPO audits and was later entrusted with Governmental engagements—something I never imagined myself doing when I first started. I’ll forever be thankful to the Partners who took a chance on me. Their belief in my potential and the trust they placed in me meant more than I could ever express. Because of that, I was able to grow both personally and professionally in ways that will stay with me throughout my career. I will always treasure the technical knowledge and the wisdom I gained from the partners and directors I had the privilege to work with. To fresh graduates looking to build a strong foundation in public accounting—especially in the Governmental industry—TPG is one of the best places to start. The learning curve is steep, but the experience, mentorship, and exposure you’ll gain here are truly unmatched. Thank you for everything, TPG! Looking forward to seeing the firm grow~

Cons

There was an isolated instance of misunderstanding with a specific employee that, in hindsight, could have been handled more professionally on both sides. While no concrete resolution was put in place, the situation was addressed to a certain extent—and for me, it became a valuable stepping stone in learning how to navigate workplace dynamics.

Pros

Honestly everyone here is very nice and helpful! They provide trainings and paid for me to get my CPA license. They buy lunches especially when we worked late. I feel like most of the bad reviews are from disgruntled ex employees that worked under one poor manager that left already. Auditing is time consuming and can have long hours but so can many other jobs. I loved it here, I just got a better opportunity so I took it elsewhere.

Cons

Pay isn’t great starting off but I was straight out of college with no experience so can’t complain.

Pros

Salary package Friendly local teams

Cons

I worked at [Company Name] for [X months/years], and unfortunately, my experience was far from positive. One of the main issues was the presence of a manager who exhibited bullying behavior towards employees. This individual created a hostile and uncomfortable work environment, belittling staff, frequently making inappropriate comments, and creating unnecessary tension within the team. What made it even worse was that upper management turned a blind eye to this behavior and even seemed to favor the manager, allowing them to continue without consequence. In addition to the bullying, the company’s lack of communication regarding job security was another major issue. I witnessed several employees being terminated without any prior warning or feedback. There was no transparency around performance expectations or any opportunity to correct mistakes before being let go. The constant fear of being fired without notice created an atmosphere of stress and insecurity, which severely impacted morale. While the company did offer some competitive compensation, the toxic culture and lack of support from management made it a very challenging place to work. I would not recommend this company to anyone who values a respectful work environment, fairness, or job security. It’s disheartening to see a company with such potential mishandling its employees and fostering such a negative atmosphere.
