I have been in the industry going on 5 years at some capacity, I have never at the multiple properties I have been at never had a training to just learn the basics. Don’t get me wrong, I think I got to this position by just being “thrown to the wolfs” but it’s peace of mind when you can have people like Melissa Hawthorn, Steve Aguilar and Jaleh Dotson showing you and preparing you as soon as you start working for the company. The leadership at REMM doesn’t make you feel like you just a small employee. Can’t wait to see how this goes.
