Incompetent management creates unsafe and toxic environment - Warehouse Operative The Range Employee Review

Where to begin? Incompetent upper management who make decisions based on everything other than logic. Unsafe working environment, pallets literally everywhere, the poor reach truck drivers struggle to even get through! Concern for health and safety is non existent. You only get promoted if you're buddy buddy will h upper management. If you do anything at all to annoy them then kiss that opportunity goodbye. Impossible targets to hit based on the current state of the warehouse. Pickers left crying after "performance reviews" by management. It's absolutely ridiculous. I cannot in good conscience recommend ANYONE to work in this warehouse.
