      Pros

      Beautiful campus and relaxed dress code.

      Cons

      The worst working experience I've ever had. The business department lacks leadership and direction. BOD and CFO are a joke. All they do is gossip and derail from actually working. I don't think this place will last long under this management. The money is just not coming in anymore because they do not work. It's the blind leading the blind.

      -Fulfilling work -Beautiful property -Food is fairly priced and good quality

      Cons

      -Management is not involved -Management does not understand the work that is required to safely complete tasks -High expectations with little to no support -Frequent and abrupt changes with no plan for implementation -Lack of training -Lack of communication -Inappropriate discharges of clients -Poor ethical compliance -Low pay for expectations -Clients know more than staff do regarding facility changes (I learned of my schedule change from a client)
