This company hires all of its employees as salaried, are you seeing any red flags yet??? Although the contract they make you sign states you are scheduled to work 5 days per week, soon after you will be verbally notified that you are expected to work 6 days per week! How come? Well, the answer is quite a shocker, you are salaried! Hold your horses, it gets worse, much worse. This company has such a low appreciation of its employees that it offers NO leasing commission, NO renewal bonuses, NO delinquency bonuses, NO NOI bonuses, NO medical, NO dental, NO vision, NO long- or short-term disability insurance, and an unspecified sick leave benefit. To further “enhance” your feeling like a slave working for this company, they also offer a whopping 1-week vacation per year, accrued after 6 months of slavery.
If your jaw hasn’t hit the floor yet and the red flags are not impairing your vision at this point, you should definitely sign up with them, you’ll definitely feel right at home working for this company.
