      Smart people to work with, great tools and systems

      Cons

      Acquiring companies and not being efficient or effective of bringing them all together; Leadership is not enough in the weeds/day to day to understand what is happening and how people are doing; New business approach feels old school and outdated (which probably leads to why loss of pitches)
