Pros

interesting projects, most folks are professional and friendly.

Cons

new leadership has created one of the most toxic cultures i've experienced it feels like a mean girls club more than a leadership team. a small inner circle has taken over and if you're not part of it you're either pushed aside or eventually pushed out. a lot of people have already been let go and plenty of others are quietly looking for a way out there is very poor treatment of people by this group, zero relationship skills, constant gossip and throwing people under the bus. new management in charge have no business in a management or decision making role. politics and personal agendas seem to matter more than doing what's right for the company morale is the lowest i've seen and the damage being done is becoming hard to ignore

Pros

A strong company with an excellent culture and a high level of trust in its employees. The autonomous structure allows people to do their best work, and leadership consistently shows appreciation for employee contributions. Led by an opportunistic entrepreneur, the company is forward-looking, agile, and people-centered. A genuinely positive place to work.

Cons

Because of the autonomous structure and entrepreneurial mindset, things can sometimes move quickly, which may feel like a learning curve for those who prefer more defined processes. As the company continues to grow, there may be opportunities to add more structure and clarity in certain areas.

Pros

The owner is an intelligent, solutions-oriented leader with a clear vision for the company. During my time there, he demonstrated fairness in his decision-making and ran the firm in a way that inspired confidence and alignment. I genuinely believed in the direction he was setting and appreciated his leadership style

Cons

Unfortunately, the work environment shifted significantly following changes in executive leadership. The COO, while proficient and effective in her previous role, struggled in her expanded position. Under her leadership, the company became increasingly burdened by bureaucracy, red tape, and internal politics. Decision-making slowed, communication became strained, and the overall atmosphere grew tense and hostile. There was a very noticeable shift toward a fear-based management style, which had a severely negative impact on team morale and collaboration. What was once a supportive and motivated workplace gradually became incredibly difficult to navigate, with employees feeling less empowered and more cautious in their day-to-day work. Overall the environment became toxic and unstainable.
