      Great work environment, good people, good service provided to customers. You feel like you’re actually being helpful.

      Cons

      Certain members of the leadership team are terrible at their job. Not good at connecting with employees, crazy expectations, harsh treatment during meetings, unhelpful with feedback.

      Dominating local presence, wide variety of clients, including major local and state-wide players. Great team of professional engineers, scientists, project managers, and staff.

      Cons

      Not a national level player, limited out of state work.

      Great people, and lots of collaboration. Also, being an employee-owned company, the benefits are fantastic.
