Pros

Nearly 10 Years of Growth, Support & Purpose – A Truly Exceptional Place to Work I spent almost a decade in management at The Skin Center, and I truly could not have asked for a better experience. TSC is a people-first organization through and through, which is why they’ve been successful for over 45 years. The culture is built around supporting and valuing employees, fostering teamwork, and prioritizing patient care and safety above all else. One of the things I appreciated most was the emphasis on long-term, trust-based relationships—both with patients and among staff. The leadership team genuinely cares about the people who work there, and that comes through in every aspect of the business. Jerry and Dr. Brandy, the founders, were fantastic to work for—grounded, passionate, and committed to doing things the right way. The Skin Center is filled with incredibly talented, kind, and supportive professionals. I can't say enough about the team—they’re truly the best in the business. Whether you’re considering joining the company or becoming a patient, know that you’ll be in excellent hands. I’m so grateful for my time with The Skin Center. It’s a place where people grow, thrive, and feel proud to be part of something meaningful.

Cons

Nothing from my experience or perspective.

Pros

My journey at the skin center has been nothing short of transformative. I started as an intern eight years ago, eager to learn and gain hands-on experience in marketing. From day one, I was welcomed into a collaborative and supportive environment that made me feel like a valued member of the team. Over the years, I seized every opportunity for continuous learning and professional development, gradually moving up the ranks. When I left, I proudly served as the marketing director, a role that allowed me to blend my passion for the industry with strategic thinking. I truly felt fortunate to be part of a team that is dedicated to making a difference in people's lives and as great at TSC. Even though it was time for me to move on, I will always have a place in my heart for my TSC family.

Cons

One aspect of working at the skin center that some might perceive as a con is the fast-paced environment. I actually loved the energy it brought to my workday. The quick rhythm of everything kept me engaged and motivated, allowing me to sharpen my skills and think on my feet. Although the pace might be overwhelming for some, I found it exhilarating and a key part of what made my experience so rewarding. It pushed me to grow and adapt, ultimately helping me thrive in my role.
