Everything. This is a crappy place to work. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody after the time that I've had here. Underpaid Lousy insurance Lousy 401k The rank hierarchy is broken AF The sales people sell whatever they want based on kickbacks, not what's best for the customer Customers get screwed by badly trained salespeople (Ever seen Amanda sell anything? Its bad). Half of the techs do poor work due to bad training or just being allowed to do the absolute minimum. Leadership will lead you on so you dont walk out. The company refuses to modernize beyond what they've known for years and its killing them. Way too many chiefs, too many lousy indians. A proper company structure should look like a triangle, this one looks like a weird vase.
