      Pros

      Learn new things; most hired so far have little to no experiencenin this field; lots of training. Plenty of hours

      Cons

      Company culture. The pay. They have a list of 100+ things you should know ... And hire you on like they are doing you a favor at 16 bucks an hour.... EXTREMELY HIGH TURNOVER. Management is not involved. The 33 bucks an hour review applies to just 1 tech, the others make closer to 14-18 as there is a revolving door of turnover employees. Constantly placing blame.

      Pros

      You get to play with cool gear in the showroom you may not be able to affford. Little to no supervision Good employee purchase program compared to Best Buy. Opportunity to learn the industry but you’ll quickly move on to a better opportunity.

      Lack of structure Lack of training Lack of support from management Lots of bosses with little to no management experience. Lower than average pay Weird rules Weird policies Those who you think are in control aren’t. Strange dynamic between owner and employees…
