Pros
I've been at The Sourcery for less than a year as a full-time employee and I can say that this is a fantastic place to work. The people are genuine, friendly, and know how to buckle down. I've been able to learn a great deal from the company experts, leadership, and the seasoned folks give workers the tools to succeed without hand-holding. There is a ton of talent at the company no doubt.
Cons
I do not personally see this as a con, but The Sourcery is a extremely fast paced workplace, and you need to stay focused and plugged in at all times to their processes if you wish to succeed.
