      - good insurance plan, similar to other companies - used to be the biggest retailer

      Cons

      - New companies in the market have achieved better results - High turnover among all level of the company, especially manager level - since 2019 I have witnessed a toxic work culture that is created by primarily by Nicolas Allan - Many employees are leaving the company or thinking of leaving (including me) because of Mr. Allan's toxic behavior

      I work for 4 years at TSC Signture downtown Lebanon. I was one of the lucky persons to have that huge experience in one of the most important stores in the middle east.
