Pros
Ignore the negative reviews you see. The TASA Group is a solid place to work. The staff is welcoming and willing to help whenever. Upper management is extremely friendly and they do everything in their power to help you succeed and feel like a part of the team. They offer commission, bonuses, snacks, and PTO. It's an awesome place to work.
Cons
The only con I can think of is that the software is antiquated. Some of the tools used to get the job done are stuck in the past and could use a modern update. Otherwise there isn't anything negative to say about The TASA Group.
