      Pros

      I started recruitment from scratch and was mentored and trained by the ceo. This company opened up so many doors for me and allowed me to learn how to recruit in a niche sector. The on the job training was the best I had in any of my jobs. In my 4 years I learnt so much about talent management, sales, recruitment as well as the digital and tech space and global recruiting. management really cares about you personally and professionally. I am so grateful for my time at The Talent Boom and loved being a boomer.

      Cons

      it is best for someone who can motivate themselves as there is little hand holding. If you want to learn and be trained and grow then this company offers that.

      Pros

      Working on great assignments across US. CEO is very responsive and always willing to help and mentor. Flexible working and no micromanaging

      Cons

      Can be a little separated from other team locations at times;. Not a place for massive amounts of training but this was communicated at interview stage.

      Pros

      The talent boom is a great environment where you have freedom to work how you want. there's no set targets accept for your monthly Billings so it takes the pressure off. most people in the Cape Town office have been there between 2 - 4 years. CEO values the team and we do lots of fun events inside and outside the office. We get to work on global roles so it Keeps it exciting

      Cons

      majorly of people have been there a long time. People that leave after a short time probably can not adapt to the fact their is no hand holding. You manage your own desk but also get mentored by the directors and CEOs. Its a more laid back recruitment approach rather than structured.
