      No management structure Constant change and pressure. A well done on a Friday then a telling off on a Monday Little investment into tools just use linkedin High turnover of staff

      Nice office in We Work You can bring your dog to work

      Unclear commission structure that is always changing No technology No data base or tools to do your job aggressive sales environment hire and fire attitude Extremely poor management You are treated like children, god help you if you are late to work for what ever reason. No flexible working extremely KPI driven unprofessional towards customers and candidates Environment is extremely stressful and negative

      Working on great assignments across US. CEO is very responsive and always willing to help and mentor. Flexible working and no micromanaging

      Cons

      Can be a little separated from other team locations at times;. Not a place for massive amounts of training but this was communicated at interview stage.
