      Pros

      The only pro is the scheduling flexibility but if you're working 55-60 hours a week on salty, it should be flexible!

      Cons

      Bullied on a daily basis. Treated like a second hand citizen. Given task after task with no respect for the time or effort those tasks require to be done properly.

      Pros

      I love the employees I work with at my unit. Pay has started to improve and although we lost some great managers in our office, I still enjoy coming to work.

      Cons

      Glad our former CEO resigned but wish we would have not lost great managers.
