      Pros

      The only pro is the scheduling flexibility but if you're working 55-60 hours a week on salty, it should be flexible!

      Cons

      Bullied on a daily basis. Treated like a second hand citizen. Given task after task with no respect for the time or effort those tasks require to be done properly.

      I loved the patients and the majority of my fellow employees, but the management staff needs improvement.

      Pros

      I enjoyed the co workers they were very nice and helpful. I loved the patients they were always friendly. I did get a lot of hands on experience.

      Cons

      There is no room for advancement. There are no raises. What you start out making is what you will continue to make unless you are promoted, but that is very rare! The management staff are unorganized and do not properly train employees on new policies. Some managers are wonderful, but it is only a couple of them. The business owner doesn't feel that his employees deserve raises and if you don't like it then leave.

      Great Benefits, Flexible Schedules, Family First Atmosphere, Patient Centered Company, Owners are Physical Therapists who actively work within the clinics, wonderful staff of talented employees who treat one another like family

      Cons

      Not enough active recruiting strategies to convince prospective employees to seek us out
