Pros
Lots of office snacks, many events, stock options, some people get really nice packages and salaries but I’ve heard from others who unfortunately don’t so negotiate well!
Cons
The company used to have a fantastic work culture with great people but most of the good ones have been pushed out by toxic work culture and micromanagement. If you’re thinking about joining, you might still enjoy what’s left of the culture as long as you don’t join the marketing or finance teams. Those team leaders need to be replaced. Regardless of the team, a lot of extra hours will be required most is the time, so if you have a family, be prepared to not see your kids a lot.
