      Awesome office Great folks Fast pace work environment - challenging in a good way Learning a lot - great for first job out of school

      Cons

      I don't really have major cons but I'm worried about the impact of adding a new floor to the office, though I hope it won't impact culture

      Pros

      The best management and team I ever worked with doing work I appreciated with a focus on a vulnerable population.

      Cons

      Due to their focus being on LGBTQ youth, they are unfortunately at the mercy of trends in both politics and in philanthropy. Several rounds of layoffs happened as fewer people have maintained their conviction to protect queer youth.
