Pros
never worked at a non-profit that had such a laser focus on its mission. trevor is helping more lgbtq youth on its crisis services than ever before and has plans to expand the number of kids and the quality of services even more over the next few years. as a kid who grew up without knowing the trevor project existed, i am so impressed and grateful that everyone is working so hard to help even more queer and trans kids. it's definitely not easy work, but i'm grateful to work for a place that cares about being there for every single LGBTQ+ young person who needs us.

-wish we could go back to the office -hoping for more social events -would love to see more professional training
