Expected to work overtime consistently No work life balance Will be looked down upon if you work a normal 40hr week Management is either oblivious to moral issues of field workers or don't care HUGE disconnect between field and office people seems like the office people reap all the benefits (Christmas bonuses office outings/parties) while the field people receive nothing I was told point blank with no hint of irony our ability to work overtime is our Christmas bonus Highly incestous company only family members of each other make it into senior positions Very cliquish employees will try to stab each other in the back for raises Office is bloated with middle managers who's purpose is to send emails to one another The apprenticeship program they run is a joke Long travel to jobsites with no compensation
