      Pros

      The field technicians are treated very well, they are so afraid of them seeking out a union that they make sure that doesn't happen.

      Cons

      Constant termination of employees, even after giving 20 and 30 years of service, they have no regard how it will devastate their life and to top it off, they send out a company email to let everyone know they were terminated and to further the humiliation. Extremely unrealistic workload and excessive, excessive greed, money is the only concern. Extremely limited training, there is no company trainer and if your position is in administration they set you up for failure. The salary is way below the market value and they certainly don't make up for that in the amount of vacation you receive.

      Great people and big variety in projects!

      Pros

      Great people, very well established in industry and area. People know the name, and respect it. They have longs-standing business with some of the largest companies in the region. You get to work with a large base of clients, and the work is always new and different on each project.

      Cons

      Salary, vacation, and culture are concerns. However insurance is great. The people are great, and upper management/corporate can be open and inviting in some ways, but there still seems to be a hint of a very conservative, 1950's mentality that they can't quite seem to shake. But a lot of good people to work with.

      Training was offered and normally really good.

      Favoritism was a huge thing for them when it came to promoting
