Pros
The field technicians are treated very well, they are so afraid of them seeking out a union that they make sure that doesn't happen.
Cons
Constant termination of employees, even after giving 20 and 30 years of service, they have no regard how it will devastate their life and to top it off, they send out a company email to let everyone know they were terminated and to further the humiliation. Extremely unrealistic workload and excessive, excessive greed, money is the only concern. Extremely limited training, there is no company trainer and if your position is in administration they set you up for failure. The salary is way below the market value and they certainly don't make up for that in the amount of vacation you receive.
